Plannit offers your customers access to a PDF version of their invoice, right in their client portal, without requiring any additional manipulation on your part.
Each time you send an invoice to your customer, they will receive an email (and/or a text message) inviting them to access their customer portal to review and pay the invoice. A PDF version is always available, by clicking on Print.
If you must send a PDF version separately, you can click on Actions in the invoice, and then click on Print and download it.
You will then be able to email it as a PDF and/or send it by regular mail to your customer after printing a paper copy.
