You may sometimes need to create a quote from items found on a purchase order. This approach is less common, but you may encounter this need in your business processes. For example, an ongoing project may evolve and require ordering new materials that you want to have approved by your client through a quote.
Plannit gives you the ability to add your purchase order items to a quote in just a few clicks.
Add purchase order items to a quote
Select the item or items you want to transfer to a quote, then use the Actions menu and select one of the following options:
Create a quote to generate a new quote with the selected items.
Add to a quote to add the items to an existing quote. You will then need to select the desired quote (menu available only if a quote exists in your project).
