IMPROVEMENTS
▪️Routes
You can now export your routes to Excel using the Actions button.
The export will include:
the visit order
the address description
the address
the address latitude
the address longitude
the route note
the job number
the job status
the total amount of the job’s invoices
the number of completed visits for the job
the total number of visits for the job
▪️Contact Display
We’ve introduced a visual improvement to the contacts displayed in Quotes, Invoices, and Visits to harmonize their presentation with the Job Space.
This update allows for better contact identification and provides more detailed information.
We will also be adding new actions soon to further speed up your workflow.
▪️ Pipeline
Good news! Pagination has been removed from the Pipeline. By default, 50 Job tiles are now displayed for each status.
Need to see more than 50? Simply load additional tiles using the button at the bottom of the list!
▪️ Calls
Sometimes, you may not want to create a Job for a call, nor delete it. This new option allows you to mark the call as handled by graying it out.
More advanced options will be coming over the next few months.
▪️ Visits
In the list of visits for a Job or a contact, you can now search and filter visits according to your needs.
Several filter options are available to help you quickly find the visits you’re looking for.
