In the Activities menu in Plannit, go to the Calls section. Once the audio processing is complete, a summary will appear below the call — click on it to open it.

Previously, to find a product or service, you had to type the name exactly as it appeared — same spelling, same spaces, same symbols, etc.

Finding what you need just got easier!

You can now search by a first name, last name, phone number, or email address directly from the search field.

In addition, it’s now possible to search by total, subtotal, and balance on an invoice, as well as total and subtotal on a quote.
