WHAT'S NEW


▪️ Activities

🆕 Starting today, the Activities tab becomes the default tab when you open Plannit.

In this tab, you will find all of your company's activities in one place to simplify your operations and ensure nothing is forgotten!

It combines elements from My Day and the Dashboard into a single location for greater efficiency.

ℹ️ The My Day tab will be removed in the coming days, so make sure to adjust your habits!

The Dashboard tab will be moved under Tools and will be improved soon.

🆕 You can now create all types of Plannit actions directly from the Activities tab using the « + » button.

🆕 You can now click on the map, for example on a building, to drop a pin and create a visit with a single click!

▪️ Timesheets

🆕 You can now add your Job (Project) timesheets to an existing invoice that is linked to the same Job folder.

ℹ️ If no invoice exists in the folder, only the Create Invoice option will be available.

▪️ Tasks

🆕 You can now add tasks and subtasks to your Jobs!

These tasks can include a location, schedule, reminders, assigned resources, attachments, or additional subtasks.

💡 If your task includes a schedule, it will appear in the calendar.

▪️ Work Orders / Visits

🆕 Tasks have been part of the Zones, but there was no way to create task templates!

We have added a Predefined Task List section in the Work Orders & Visits settings.

You can quickly add tasks to a Zone by clicking on « + » and then selecting Add from a task list.

IMPROVEMENTS


▪️ Work Orders / Visits

You can now copy a Work Order / Visit using the Actions / Copy button.

ℹ️ Using recurrences with a single (1) occurrence will no longer behave as a copy, but will instead create a true recurrence to provide a more consistent experience.

▪️ Planner

A small detail that makes a difference: we have added resource avatars and the scheduled date to the list of ongoing runs to help simplify your daily operations.

▪️ Timesheets

To make things easier to understand, we have reorganized and renamed two tabs in Timesheets:

  • Timesheets ➡️ Time clocking timesheets

  • Jobs ➡️ Job timesheets

▪️ Other

The order of the days of the week in calendars throughout the application has been adjusted to be consistent with the settings defined in the schedule.

BUG FIXES


We've been actively addressing and resolving various bugs! Our team will promptly notify affected customers once the fixes are complete.
