Once the integration between Plannit and your LCM Global accounting system is complete, your transactions will be exported in just a few clicks.

Check before exporting

Make sure that all invoices for the month have an invoice date. The absence of an invoice date will prevent the transaction from being exported from Plannit to LCM Global.

Step 1: Export transactions from Plannit

In Plannit, click on Transactions :

💠 Filter transactions

  1. Click on Filters.

  2. Enter the desired period in the Transaction date field (e.g. start of period (Sept. 1) and current day (Oct. 22), as there may be transactions that were made in the subsequent month, but for a previous period. It is therefore essential to import them).

  3. Click on Apply to display the transactions for this period.

💠 Select transactions for export

  • Check the transactions to be exported by selecting each box individually.

    or

  • Export all transactions, by checking the box at the top left.

Note

  • Transactions to be exported represent all transactions that have not already been exported.

  • Please note that even if the transactions apply to different accounting periods, the export of transactions to LCM Global will take place in the accounting period indicated to the right of the transaction.

💠 Export data

  1. Click on the Export button.

  2. The file containing the transactions will be automatically downloaded to your computer (import.txt).

Here's some additional information about the export file:

  • The .txt file is downloaded to your computer.

  • Retrieve it from your downloads. Ex: Transactions.txt
