⚙️ IMPROVEMENTS

New features in Routes

🎉 New way to communicate with your customers

New option: Send voice messages 📞

You can now use voice messages to communicate with your customers on your Routes. This feature allows you to :

  • Send pre-recorded voice messages directly to your customers to notify them of your arrival or otherwise

  • Record messages in advance via your account settings for greater flexibility.

🔧 How to configure voice messages

  1. Access your Settings in Plannit.

  2. Select Messages

  3. Click +Message to create a new message.

  4. Record your voice message directly in the interface.

This feature saves you time and improves your customer communication by making your exchanges more personalized and direct.

🔧 How to activate the communication method for a customer

  1. Go to the customer's contact sheet.

  2. Under Notification preferences.

  3. Check the box Notifications by voice message.

This action will activate voice message notifications for this customer.

👉 Displaying perimeters on a Run

It is now possible to display the fences directly on the map during a Run. This allows you to clearly visualize areas covered or to be covered.

🔧 How to activate this view

  1. Click on Actions.

  2. Go to Options.

  3. Activate the Fences visible option to display perimeters on the map.

This feature offers greater visibility and helps you to better plan and manage your outings.

👉 New elements for route optimization

We've made several improvements to route management and optimization to make your runs even more efficient! Here's what's new:

  • Segmented optimization: You can now manage routes in several segments to better organize your routes.

  • End address selection: You can now select the address where the route will end.

  • Sector position control: Move a specific sector to the beginning, middle or end of the current run for greater flexibility.

These improvements let you personalize your routes and save time on the move!

🔧 How to Use These Features

  1. Click on the Route to open it

  2. Select Edit from the Actions button.

  3. Hold the Shift button and select the pin(s) or sector on the map.

    Options on the Orange Band:

    • Choose Move to change the position of the selected address on the route.

    • Choose Optimize Segment to specify if you want the route to end at the departure address or finish at the last address along the way.

New available status displayed on visit tile and work order

It is now possible to assign a Can't do status to a visit and associate a personalized reason to it. These reasons can be configured in your account settings.

This new status will be displayed on :

  • The visit tile

  • In the visits grid under the column on Display

  • The work order

This status can also be applied to visits not part of a Route.

🔧 How to configure

  1. Access your Settings in Plannit.

  2. Select Work Orders and Visits.

  3. Click + to add personalized reasons.

This new option lets you better manage the unexpected and keep your teams informed in real time.

Improvements to product and service management

We've made several improvements to product and service management to simplify and optimize your experience:

  • Added Credit/Debit columns: Track your transactions more easily with new Credit/Debit columns in the grid.

  • Mapping to QuickBooks: Improved integration with easier access to mapping of your products and services to QuickBooks.

  • Type and Label filter correction: Filters are now more precise to facilitate searching and sorting of products and services.

  • Improved search by Status and Type: The search is now more powerful to quickly find items according to their status or type.

  • Improved parameter grid: The grid has been optimized for smoother management of product and service parameters.

New Accounting Section in Plannit reports

We're delighted to announce the addition of a brand-new Accounting section to Plannit Reports, with four new reports specially designed to meet the needs of your chartered accountants. These reports offer a more comprehensive and detailed view of your financial operations, simplifying the management and accounting analysis of your business.

New reports available

  • Summary balance sheet by month

  • Summary of transactions by account number

  • Transaction chronology report

  • Transaction verification report generated by Plannit
