In your filters, you can now display your deleted quotes and invoices :
To restore, simply click on it and confirm restoration.
Jobs Pipeline ✨NEW PREMIUM✨
👉 Jobs Pipeline goes from BETA to Official version!
On a computer, this new version lets you better manage your Jobs and above all organize your workflow, and even your sales cycle!

Also, you can now create your own Job statuses, allowing you to better organize them according to your field and realities.

Invoice recurrence ✨NEW PREMIUM✨
👉 Want to make invoices recurring without necessarily having an associated quote or visit? It's now possible to create an invoice and make it recurring!

Do you have a Job for a customer, for example 2024 field maintenance, and want to make an invoice on the first of every month for the next 6 months to spread out payments regardless of the number of visits you make? Invoice recurrence makes it easy!
Note
The invoice created for the recurrence will be the invoice used for all invoice recurrences. The recurrence creates an invoice copy for each recurrence with the same information.
Important
Forty-eight hours before the recurrence date, the draft invoice will be automatically generated. The other automation rules of your account will apply.
Rights on the roads ✨NEW✨

We've added new route access rights for your Plannit employee. You can now block the deletion or modification of a route.
Contact Timeline ✨NEW✨
We've added a new Timeline section to your contacts! From now on, many changes to your contacts will be recorded in this timeline, which can be consulted in your contacts.
Over time, this timeline will be enhanced.
Note
Imported contacts, or old contacts, may not have a complete timeline, as timeline events on a contact have been added in recent months and will continue to be improved over time.
Refresh your data ✨NEW✨
Multi-user collaboration brings many technical challenges to having up-to-date data between employees! We understand this challenge and are actively working to improve the experience.
One of the steps was to add to Plannit the ability to refresh your data without reloading the page or the Plannit application. In this first mile stone of improvement, we've modified the application and added the Refresh button just about everywhere.
You've probably seen it popping up all over the place, but here it is:
Accounting system
Over the past few weeks, we've been working hard to improve our accounting integrations.
This may not be obvious to you, but overall we're handling error messages better, and these messages are increasingly precise to help you understand certain situations.

Visual enhancement
We've worked on freeing up some space in certain interfaces to leave more places for your data!
We're also adding more and more coherence to our interfaces to make them all the same for a smoother workflow.
Finally, certain sections of the application have been revised to make them easier to understand, and to support even more data!
Other improvements
We've laid some new foundations in recent weeks that don't change anything for your operations today, but pave the way for many new options in the weeks and months to come!
