Tips

When you are with your client, have your quote accepted without them being able to see your profits and quote details!

For those curious, this will give you a view of what your customers are receiving as well ๐Ÿ˜„

  • Open the quote

  • Click on the Actions button and select Open in customer portal

  • In section 3, activate or deactivate the option: Force payment method selection in the customer portal

Note

This option is also available as a default option in your Quote settings.

๐Ÿ‘‰ When renewing your contracts, you can now specify whether or not to copy existing attachments.

From Quotes

  • Select the quotes / contracts to be renewed

  • On the orange band, click on Renew

  • In the partial window, choose whether or not to copy attachments

Contacts

๐Ÿ‘‰ When you open a contact and want to add a quote, invoice or visit, a new popup appears, allowing you to specify whether you want to associate this document with an existing job or create a new one (this window will not be displayed if no open Job has been found).

From Contacts

  • Search and open the contact form

  • In the Actions button, click on + Visit, + Invoice or + Quote
