Here's how to create a new user in your Quickbooks online:

  1. In your QB account, click on settings then manage user

  2. Click on "Add a user" then fill in the following information:

  1. First name: Caroline

  2. Last name: Pelletier

  3. Email address: [email protected]

  4. Role: Administrator

It is essential that the role be Administrator, as she will not be able to integrate Plannit and QB.

Once she has confirmed that the integration is complete, you can remove her access if you want.
