🚒 A few bugs have also been fixed.

⚙️ IMPROVEMENTS

Contacts display Name

Select the name you prefer to appear on all documents, such as invoices, quotes, and work orders.

Note

The first and last name fields are now optional, giving you greater flexibility when communicating with your customers!

On the Contact file

  • Add first name, last name, company name as your needs.

  • On the Contact name to display section, choose the name of the drop-down list of suggestions or enter what you want to see appear 💡

Uploading multiple files

You can now upload more than one file at a time to your jobs, invoices, quotes and visits.

Open a document ex: Job

  • Click on Upload a file

  • Click on Browse

  • Hold down the Shift or CTRL key (or CMD on macOS) on your keyboard and select the files saved on your device, click Open

  • Check the files and click on Submit

Add a duration to your Services

Save time by adding a duration to your Services in your account settings. This duration will be reflected:

  • When a visit is added to the Job

  • When scheduling in the work order

  • When dispatching directly on the Calendar

Note

If you add more than one service, the duration of the services will accumulate in the scheduling section of the work order. You can adjust them at any time.

Note

You can disable automatic adjustment by going to the new Visits settings, and deactivating Adjust the duration of visits depending on the services.

Add a Service to a Job folder

It is now possible to add one or more services to a Job folder.

The added service(s) will automatically be included in the work order if applicable.

Redesign of the Stations section in the work order

Our team has added some important elements to the Stations section in Zones in the work order for our pest control experts. These improvements will be advantageous when generating your pest control reports.

Visual changes in zones and stations:

Zones

Stations

⚙️ A new tab titled Stations has been added to the Settings of your account.

In this tab, you will be able to configure certain fields that will be displayed when adding information in the work order such as:

  • Pest

  • Unit condition

  • Bait consumption

  • Action taken

🔢 You will now be able to scan a barcode which will open the desired Station

  1. Click in the Zones section of the work order ( visit )

  2. In the Stations section, scan a barcode to open the station or click on + button

  3. Enter all necessary information and Save

Add Timesheets to the Job folder

👉 Enter and upload worked hours directly, bypassing the need to generate a work order!

For example, suppose you're preparing a project for a customer in the workshop. You have several tasks to complete, and need to account for the time spent on each of them. You also want to generate an invoice for these services, which can be sent and paid by the customer before work on the site even begins.

Plus, you'll also be able to include an hourly rate for the associated service, which will be automatically calculated in the generated invoice!

🎥 We explain it in detail here :

Improvement to Timesheets

A new Jobs tab has been introduced to separate Timesheets, Payroll and Jobs information.

Easily find all timesheets for a specific job by searching for the job number in the search box at the top, and instantly see the number of hours worked, which hours have been billed to your customers, and which haven't, by looking under the Already Paid column in the Jobs tab.

Activating directions on routes

In future Route runs, you'll see directions appear to make it easier to navigate from one customer to another.

Should the route no longer correspond to your own, or should you be taken out of the route, you will always have the option of Recalculating the route in the Actions menu, and thus obtain a route adapted to the customers you still have to serve.

Note

In the Actions / Options menu, you can activate or deactivate this feature.

💡 When you create or modify a route, the new Optimize route button will give you more options and flexibility to define your routes!

🔧 FIXED BUGS

We've been actively addressing and resolving various bugs! Our team will promptly notify affected customers once the fixes are complete.
