💡 Our team has redesigned some of the application's "flows" that will significantly improve your daily tasks and customer experience.
🚒 Some bugs have also been fixed.
⚙️ IMPROVEMENTS |
Improved Work orders / Visits creation flow
Our team has improved the Work orders / Visits workflow by centralizing all work orders in the "Jobsite" with direct access to the Planner allowing you to plan and manage Jobs more efficiently.
Company name displayed on work orders
From now on, if added in the client contact form in the "Company" section, the name will be displayed (in parentheses) everywhere on the work orders.
Add "Timesheet" GPS pins
Plannit will now record the location of your employees with a GPS pin when using the punch clock feature. The GPS pin will be added at the "start time" and "end time"
Deleted contact displayed in red on the quotes grid
When you delete a contact, if there are quotes associated with that customer, the name will appear in red on the quotes grid. This visual reminder allows you to detect and prevent possible errors.
Confirmation window added before deleting a document
Adding a confirmation window before deleting a document is a good practice to prevent accidental deletions and provide users with an extra layer of assurance.
"Push" sent to user with notification when receiving internal message with a tag @
When communicating internally with an @ tag, your employee will now receive a "Push" notification on their iOS or Android device, if they have enabled notifications in their phone settings.
🔧 FIXED BUGS |
Fixed "Add Job" action from contact job list panel
When you add a Job from the contact, Plannit redirects you to the Job space.

This issue has been corrected.
