In Plannit, you can attach 2 types of documents in your Work orders / visits:

  • Common documents that you often use in your daily operations. For example, types of warranties, maintenance instructions, cleaning instructions, etc.

  • One-time documents that provide additional the information related to a specific visit. For example, inspection photos, sketches of the premises, etc.

To access these documents from your visit/work order, here is what you need to do:

  1. The "usual" documents should be saved in the "Tools" tab, in the "Documents" section to save you time. Once saved in "Documents", you will be able to insert them as needed, in the "Attachments" section of your work order (see #1 in the screenshot). To learn more about how to add documents, see "Managing your documents".

  2. The "one-time" documents will have to be saved on your device and you will be able to access them by clicking on "Upload a file" (see #2 in the screenshot).
