Plannit messaging facilitates exchanges between you and your customers, and keeps track of all communications to avoid wasting time and forgetting things.

Here's how Plannit works for you and your customer:

  1. From the dashboard, click on the request

  2. Go to Customer Messaging.

  3. Here you'll see automatic messages sent by Plannit to manage the customer experience for you.

  4. You can program messages that you use frequently.

  5. Your customer receives your message by e-mail or SMS*.

  6. They can reply in one click from their customer area.
