To simplify usage and provide more flexibility, we have separated the document status from the delivery and printing tracking statuses.

This new status system provides a clearer overall view of each document’s state. Below is an example showing the before and after for a quote.

This change also introduces new filtering possibilities by combining the document status with the tracking indicators Sent, Read, Printed.

We have introduced a modern visual update to the invoice payment timeline. You will notice the use of colors to represent statuses as well as pictograms to quickly identify payment methods, making the information clearer and easier to read.

Note: Quotes will also be updated over the coming weeks.

Previously, when you sent a message through the messaging system, it was delivered according to the contact’s preferences.

Now, the default behavior remains the same, but you can use the small arrow to manually select the delivery method for a specific message.

In addition, each sent message now displays the delivery method used, the sender, and the read status from your contact.

ℹ️ Please note that when sending a message, the Sent via email and/or SMS indicators do not appear instantly. They will be displayed on the next refresh of the messaging screen, once the message has actually been delivered.

We added a new tool that allows you to draw a polygon to more precisely select your addresses.

Simply draw your area, then connect back to the starting point to close the selection, or double-click to finalize.

Instead of using the Shift key on your keyboard, you can now use this button to perform a standard multi-selection.

The advantage is that this feature is now available on mobile and tablet, making selection more intuitive across all devices.

We moved the button and redesigned the route calculation and optimization window to make your workflow easier.

Here is the new route calculation window, which now includes an Optimize Route button to further simplify route optimization.

When you enable Optimize Route, you enter optimization mode and gain access to new options.

🆕 The Try advanced optimization option is a new mode developed by Plannit to address several limitations found in standard market tools such as Google Maps and TomTom. This mode is evolving and will continue to be improved over time to deliver increasingly better results.

In emails sent to your contacts, we now display the appointment end time.
