⚙️ IMPROVEMENTS

Enhanced title customization for visit tiles in the Calendar

We’ve added new options to customize the titles of visit tiles in the Calendar. Tailor the titles to your operational needs and display the most relevant information directly on the tile, making it easier to manage and read your visits.

You can now select and display:

  • Basic fields, such as:

    • Name

    • Address

    • City

    • Service

  • Custom fields associated with the visit ie. Package, number of piles

🔧 How to Enable This View

On the Calendar

  1. Click the Display button

  2. Select the Advanced section

  3. Use the dropdown menu to choose the fields to display

The selected information will appear directly on the visit tile.

Ability to export the runs grid

You can now export the run's grid to simplify data analysis, sharing, or archiving. This feature lets you extract all essential information from your runs in your desired format.

🔧 How to Export the Runs Grid

From the Routes tab,

  1. Access the Run's grid

  2. Add or remove the columns you want to include using the Display button.

  3. Right-click anywhere on the grid

  4. Select the desired format (e.g., Excel, CSV)

  5. Download the file and use it as needed

Purchase orders updated

Discover the latest enhancements to Purchase Orders in Plannit for more efficient and flexible management.

New Features:

🔹 Easily access all job-related purchase orders directly from the Job Space tab. They are now displayed on the right for better visibility.

🔹 View cost prices for more detailed cost management.

  1. Click the ⚙️ gear button.

  2. Select the information to display, e.g., cost price

  3. Adjust cost prices and selling prices directly on the purchase order.

A new permission has been added for your employees to hide the price of purchase order items.

🔹 Choose to print or send the purchase order displaying either the cost price or the selling price, based on your preferences.

  1. Check the boxes to select the items you want to include on the document to send or print

  2. Click the Actions button

  3. Select the desired action

🔹 Generate partial invoices from the purchase order

  1. Check the boxes for the items to include in the invoice

  2. Click Create Invoice on the orange bar

🔹 You can now communicate and send your purchase orders to multiple stakeholders.

  1. Click the three dots

  2. Select Send Purchase Order

  3. Search for the recipient(s), e.g., supplier or billing contact, under Add a recipient.

  4. Choose the information to include in Purchase order display options

  5. Click Send

🔹 All associated communications will be automatically recorded in the Message client section, ensuring complete traceability.

  1. Click the Message client button

  2. Use the dropdown menu to select the contact

  3. Communications will be displayed based on the selected contact. You can then communicate directly with the client linked to this job

New Report

Our team has added a new report designed to provide a clear and detailed overview of your Summary audit report balance sheet / entries.

Available with one of the following accounting integrations: Avantage, Acomba, LCM Global and Sage 50.

This document includes a summary report of sales, taxes collected and payments received per month as well as the variation of the Plannit Accounts Receivable with the consolidated summary of transactions exported and not exported to the accounting system for each month for a given period.

Adding multiple addresses of the same type on a contact

Our team has improved the process of adding addresses to a contact by allowing the entry of multiple addresses of the same type, e.g., multiple jobsite addresses.

Route Enhancements

Discover the latest updates for a more efficient and intuitive route management experience.

Key Improvements:

🔹 Default minimum distance:

  • The minimum distance between points is now set to 1 meter by default for all routes.

🔹 Terminology updates:

  • Select becomes Add to Route.

  • Deselect becomes Remove from Route.

  • Optimize Segment becomes Optimize.

🔹 New button in the orange strip

  • A Remove from Route button has been added, accessible when selecting multiple addresses on a route.

  • Add a Remove from route and Add to route button, accessible when you select an address in a route.
